Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund:
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
Please email your request to contact@dressifi.com with clear photos of the issue.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Sale or clearance items.
Products damaged through misuse or improper handling.
Items returned without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us again.
